Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT) is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization that administers affordable and efficient pooled special needs trusts for people with disabilities. CCT staff members are knowledgeable about rules governing trusts for clients receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid in order to preserve these benefits. At the end of 2013, CCT celebrated an important milestone of having served over 1000 participants since inception.

The Ralph Braun Foundation
Assists those with mobility needs through education, information and product acquisition. Medicaid and Medicare sometimes offer funding for wheelchairs, but two wheels will only get you so far.The Foundation has completed several funding cycles and is in the process of raising funds to facilitate the next cycle. HealthWell Foundation
The HealthWell Foundation provides financial assistance to eligible individuals to cover coinsurance, copayments, health care premiums and deductibles for certain medications and therapies. If you've been prescribed a medication and your insurance company covers it, but you still cannot afford the coinsurance or copayment required, we may be able to assist you by paying for part of your costs associated with the medication. Also, if you are eligible for health insurance, but cannot afford the insurance premium, we may be able to assist with your insurance premium.
