TheraFit Gym® is dedicated to providing specialized, activity-based rehabilitation & fitness programs to children, adults, and seniors with disabilities to rehabilitate them and restore their quality of life. Our specialized facility offers fully accessible and adaptive equipment including the Quadriciser®. We serve people of all ages with disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, paraplegia, quadriplegia, obesity, and other debilitating aliments. Melwood Recreation Center
The Melwood Recreation Center is a beautiful 108-acre facility located on the Nanjemoy Peninsula in rural Charles County, Maryland. Operates four core programs: Camp Accomplish, an inclusive camp for kids of all abilities; Access Adventures, an assisted travel program for adults with disabilities; the Equestrian Program, offering therapeutic and general horsemanship lessons and trail riding activities to riders of all ages and abilities; and the Retreat Center.

Sisters By Heart
We are a volunteer organization that strives to help moms with newly-diagnosed babies. We provide care packages to make your stay in hospital a little easier. We also provide information and links to many resources to help you better understand HLHS. All our volunteers are moms with children who have HLHS and who understand what you are going through.
