Fact sheets have been developed for mild to moderate manifestations of a number of special needs conditions. For most conditions there are separate fact sheets for Dental Professionals, Medical Professionals, and Parents and Caregivers. A new General Guidance fact sheet is included and is available in Spanish.

A combination of free education, support and prevention services taught by staff from Atlantic General Hospital and Worcester County Health Department including a Certified Diabetes Educator/Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Specialist. Support group Meets 3rd Wednesday of every month, 1-2 pm, Snow Hill Library and 3rd Thursday of every month, 1-2 pm, Pocomoke Library.
