Center For Children
The Center for Children is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse and the promotion of positive mental health through crisis intervention, therapy and education. The Center offers a wide variety of mental health services for the entire family. A team of professional clinicians provide comprehensive mental health services including individual and family therapy, play and group therapy, psychological testing and evaluations, mental health evaluations and more than 19 other programs and services. Baltimore County Behavioral Assessment Team
A collaborative program between the Baltimore County Police Department, the Baltimore County Health Department and Affiliated Sante Group. Designed to provide comprehensive crisis intervention services to persons in a mental health crisis. The program consists of a telephone hotline, Home Intervention Team, Urgent Care Clinic, Critical Incident Stress Management and Mobile Crisis Team. The Mobile Crisis Team pairs a mental health clinician with a police officer to provide emergency police response to persons in need of crisis intervention. This team responds to calls throughout Baltimore County.
